Hamburger Chowder

½ lb ground beef, cooked
1 med potato, diced
2 med carrots, diced
1 med onion, chopped
½ green pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 ½ cups water
10 oz can beef consommé
10 oz can tomato soup
salt & pepper

Cook potato, carrots, onion, green pepper and celery in water for 10 minutes until potato tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling and serve.
