Hamburger Chowder

½ lb ground beef, cooked
2 med carrots, diced
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
28-oz can diced or crushed tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

Cooked hamburger and drain. Sauté onion, carrots and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni. Bring to boil and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add macaroni and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread and cheese.
